Hopefully as soon as possible. I want to have the site up in February and a few pages uploaded by the end of it... it'll be in print form at Fanime this year!

I think that would be awesome! I can't say that the characters will be featured in the comic itself since I've got the cast pretty much set in stone, but I can say that some fan-made characters may or may not make cameos.
